POEM: the end of history
“there are multiple factors of uncertainty”
echoes through the infinite
extension of the region where all matter exists
found tangled, violations gather
where hope outlasts us
we are constructed of relics
remember the shifting
meaning of thunderstorms?
recuperation,
the last phenomenon left in the covered city
to test the theory,
trenches are dug into the ground
the result of two massive stars,
two spiraling black holes colliding the destructive
power of gravitational waves
means the fall of one
pulls the other
down alongside us reverberations are felt
on the surface of our outgrowing nails
we had faith
in imaginary numbers, the hidden truth
behind negative power
